IL-2

High Purity
Recombinant human IL-2 protein (3 µg) was resolved using 15% w/v SDS-PAGE in reduced and non-reduced (NR) conditions and stained with Coomassie Brilliant Blue R250. No contaminating protein bands were identified.
Bioactivity
Recombinant human IL-15 activity was determined using the Promega IL-15 Bioassay Kit (JA2011). Cells were treated in triplicate with serial dilutions of BioLife Solutions IL-15 (blue) or supplier B IL-15 (orange) for 6 hours.
